Professor of Purposeful Leadership Chair at HEC-Paris.

Founder and academic director of the Society and Organizations Institute (S&O) since 2009.

Visiting Professor at New York University (Stern Business School), London Business School, Cambridge University (Judge Business School), and in 2012 Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School.

As an advisor and non-executive board member, Rodolphe works with multiple organizations on assessing impact, and developing and implementing impact strategies that value a firm’s purpose, intangible assets, and reputation.

For its scholar research, Rodolphe received the American Sociological Association’s R. Scott Award in 2005, the European Academy of Management/Imagination Lab Award for Innovative Scholarship in 2010. Doctor Honoris Causa from UC Louvain in 2019.
