As an entrepreneur, CEO, and innovation leader, I’ve spent my career building and scaling impact-driven organizations. My passion is working with engaged people, driving business development, and contributing to a more sustainable future. My entrepreneurial journey started as my own consulting practice during my studies, doing education, sales, and coaching for university-based startups and different industry companies. This was followed by more than 20 years working with innovation and taking on leading roles in the innovation ecosystem—as a coach, part of the founding team of a VC-backed company that was eventually successfully listed, a board member, and a four-time CEO in innovative organizations.
For almost a decade, I’ve been focusing on corporate innovation and venture capital, working for Siemens’ global venture firm N47, Scania, and since 2022 for InnoEnergy, managing investments and a 20+ company portfolio in the Nordics.
What I love doing
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, and we share an interest in active outdoor activities and sports. I am active as a youth sports coach and pursue personal interests such as running, boating, skiing, and hunting.
