Impact Leader
I started my career wanting to understand how deals get made and where decisions happen. At Bracco Imaging in Milan, I worked on AI strategy for medical imaging. At Cyrus Conseil in Paris, I got exposure to M&A in wealth management. I then joined Shift4Good for two internships, one in Paris and one in Singapore, before returning full-time as Impact Leader.
What drew me back was simple: impact built into the investment process, not tacked on afterward.
As Impact Leader, what excites me most is bridging the world of capital with environmental action. I work closely with portfolio companies as they develop their impact strategies, help build strong, trust-based relationships with investors, and contribute to shaping how decarbonisation is measured and communicated.
I believe systems change when you shift the underlying incentives. That's what excites me about my work at Shift4Good. We're backing companies that prove decarbonization can be profitable. When clean technologies become the better business decision, adoption follows naturally.
What I love doing
I'm passionate about cars and deeply committed to environmental protection. Two interests that happen to fuel my work in sustainable mobility. I play the piano, practice Muay Thai, and spend time at the gym. Photography is another outlet: I love capturing moments and perspectives through my camera.
