EyeLights mission is bold and ambitious: it wants to get rid of all the car screens by projecting information directly through the windshield. It has developed a disruptive and proprietary photonics and AR technology which can be used in automotive head-up displays (“HUD”), windshields, human-machine interfaces (“HMI”), and head-mounted displays (“HMD”). With HUDs powered by Eyelights’ technology, motorists can keep their heads up and eyes on the road, improving road safety. By removing onboard screens and making them virtual, EyeLights technology dramatically reduces the global display footprint in mobility.
